That's an effective statement. Makes him human, and feels honest.

Armstrong was just not-so-subtly called out on perjury.
Armstrong just admitted to having lied under oath during that deposition.
I think he has been coached not to name names.

Here's an interesting perspective from an Olympian (Adam Nelson- shot putt) -For some reason this interview reminds me of the movie Johnny Dangerously. After the main character played by Michael Keaton tells his story about a life in organized crime to a young juvenile delinquent in an effort to keep the kid from following the same path, Keaton concludes with "crime doesn't pay." Then, he hops in a fancy car with his beautiful wife and adds "well, maybe a little."
