Lakata confirmed that there were six in the lead group that went off course. They lost a total of ten miles. Some turned back and others jumped a creek and a fence and got back on course
Sally Bigham was directed off course and lost the most distance. She heard from a rider that they would stop the race so she slow pedaled back to the course. Pua Mata also went off course but lost less time. Rusch didn't lose distance
@SwanveloSwan so far no results. His split times at Twin Lakes return haven't come in yet

Rebecca Rusch's record is especially impressive with the tacky dirt from the rain last night and the wind, which most riders are saying was a headwind both ways!
